Video is dicolored

When i play a video, doesnt matter what codec it is, ie.
divx mpeg, whatever the color is off, its green and i
have to change the hue every time to get the color
right? Any idea why this is? Every other color on the
screen is fine. Just videos

I have this problem if I use the WinAmp Video player, but
it works fine under Windows Media Player.
