Video driver not loading in WIN XP

I've just installed WIN XP Professional. My video driver
is ndivia geforce 3. I've installed the latest driver, but
when I restart my computer this driver has an exclamation
mark on it in the device manager listing. No matter how
many times I reinstall this driver it does not load when I
start my computer. It's loading the default monitor driver
and settings. I also noticed that I can not access the
nvidia nview desktop manager. Can anyone help me with
this? Thanks.
 
It is display adapters that has the exclamation mark in
device manager?
What kind of computer is it?
 
I have a dell dimension 8200. Pentium IV.
