Video Correction

I've been using Movie Maker 2 to do Basic Video Corrections and run into 2
problems today: first when I Imported a video file it quit, then the last
couple tries It Wouldn't even open. What's going on with this?

What sort of file were you trying to import?
This can happen with odd files, or even not so odd thses days files

Or have you installed any hardware/software, updates or un-installed
absolutely anything which may be interfering?
