Pls advise how to conduct video conference using Window XP Home Edition?

To do a video conference, you need to use Video Conferencing Software,
e.g. software provided by Polyspan http://www.polyspan.com/ps/xx/en/

You can also use NetMeeting or MSN Messenger or other to exchange webcam
images. I wouldn't call that video conferencing, but it works to get an
image. Run NetMeeting by running "conf.exe" from the "run" box on the
Start button.

There are also other conferncing facilities available, e.g. Microsoft
LiveMeeting and other vendors.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
