Video Card Problems For A Game

I don't know if i'm in the right place. I'm having
trouble with this new game, it installs but when I try to
play it, this message appears:

Your computer's video driver is known to have serious
issues with the game. A newer version that is compatible
may be available. If you wish to update your drivers,
please contact your computer manufacturer for any
necessary help

The game is Halo: Combat Evolved. The main problem is I
dont know what my video card is. I dont know how to find
out either. Also, if I did find out I wouldn't know what
to do from there. Any help would be appreciated as I like
this game and really look forward to playing it.

One of these may identify your video card then do a search for most recent
XP drivers.
