video card plays up after a few hours use

Please help with this one.

After about 2 hours use my screen/s start blinking and jumping and
blank out. A shut down and reboot fixes things.

I a running a X300 PCIe card and two Crt screens. Foxcon MB P3.0.

How can pin pin what the problem is?

supply to a 450 watt, or greater, unit.
