PCIexpress video card on ECS GeForce 6100PM mobo v2.0

I can't get the PCIe video card (BFG Tech GeForce 8400 GS) to be recognized.
I've updated the mobo to the latest BIOS, disabled the onboard video chip in
the device manager, and toggled PCIe in the BIOS. Nothing but a blank screen
and no recognition of card in device manager or elsewhere. However the fan on
the card does run when the computer is turned on. Thanks for your insights.

Problem solved. It was a computer case issue where the card would
seat all the way.

Beat me to it. I've seen a few users that did not push the card all
the way into the slot to seat it. No, it isn't a computer case issue.
It's a user issue. We all blunder now and then.
