Video card/Driver specific help

(Let me start out by saying, World of Warcraft's technical support did not
help me at all, so I came here, where I trust the people I talk to, and who
are very kind and generous in offering their help to dummies like me)

I am having a problem with my video card. Lets start at the beginning:

Diamond S 85 128MB DDR Radeon 9250 AGP
Diamond S 85 128MB DDR Radeon 9250 AGP - Secondary

It is a dual-moniter card, so I believe the 'Secondary' refers to the other
moniter (I only use one, but it installs software for both). The Digital
Drive Signature was UNSIGNED (never been a problem before, just pointing it
out). The card is a little over a month old.

Now for the problem.
Very recently, while playing World of Warcraft (All my specs meet/exceed the
maximum requirements.) the game froze for about 10 seconds, then the screen
fizzled, went blank, then came back to the game. Okay, weird, but im still
here. About 30 minutes go by and it happens again, but this time, instead of
going back to the game, it is stuck at a black screen. I immediately hit the
'Windows' key and shut down the game. While attempting to restart it I got:
###
This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:00608A83

The memory could not be "read".

Oh sh**. I re-installed my video drivers, hoping this would fix. It did, and
I got the same thing happening, but this time it doesn't take 30 minutes, it
usually shuts out after about 10 minutes of play. This has been happening
every time I play game so far, and each time I have to reinstall the drivers.

The technical support for World of Warcraft, suggested running the game with
the '-opengl -window' parameters. I am not sure what opengl does, but I did
it anyway. No luck, same problems. Finally, frustrated, after about the 3rd
time I got a blue screen of death...something similar to the error message
reported earlier, something about unaccessable memory, and I haven't been
able to play since. In fear of having blown my video card, I inspected it and
saw no visible problems, the fan is working fine, and there is not even dust
(it's still that new) but I put a house fan near my case just in case. Now I
am upset. Does anyone having read this mindless excuse for a technical
question have a solution?

P.S. I ran a memory scan (the kind you need to boot-up with) over night, and
passed everything with flying colors. If there is a memory problem I can't
find it. I am willing to provide any/all further information about my system
as needed. Thank you very much.
