Video Capture Error

Error message: This device is not responding close any other application that
is using the device and try again.

System: Xp home Intel celeron 2.4 ghz Intel D865 PERL Motherboard 1GB Ram
ATI All in wonder 9000 pro, ATI Multi Media Center 8.9, Xp service pack 2.

Have used movie maker 2 to capture and edit video in the past and was
wondering if the error was related to service pack 2
 
Might be if it all worked before. How are you connecting the cam to the pc?
 
I have this problem also! I can see the video through the ATI TV Tuner
Composite port so I know the card is configured correctly.
