Video adapter disabled

HELP...HELP>>>I was trying to run a DVD and an error was poping up all the
time...something related to the video adapter. Then, I went to look on it and
clicked to make the adapter not active..the computer rebooted and afte the
windows screen (windows loading) I see nothing...there is no video..

What could I do to fix it easily?? (This is a laptop with XP and there is
not restoring software installed like go back or restore it)

silly of you wasn't it?? how did you expect to see anything on the monitor
without a video adaptor??
Try restarting and going into safe mode......F8 as soon as you see the XP
bar...keep tapping the F8 till the system starts in safe mode..........you
might have to enter the admin. password ..if you did not make one just tab
thru the password screen
Once in safe mode enable your adaptor

Thnaks. Unfotunately the safe mode didn't start, but I used the last
configuration at the F8 menu and it recovered back. Tks alot.
