VGASave - Keeps on taking over

Hi,

I hope someone can shed some light on a problem I am having.
I've recently been having a problem whereby my computer (running XP pro)
will reset to run VGASave instead of my video drivers.
I've updated the motherboard AGP driver as well as the video card driver,
and after this, it will be fine, however, once I restart my computer, the
problem starts all over again.

It is becoming very frustrating, as you can imagine.

I'd appreciate any help.
