Vgaoem.fon missing or corrupted

I upgraded to Windows XP at least a year ago. For some
reason, I received the following error when booting up my
computer:

The following file is missing or corrupted:
windows\system\vgaoem.fon.

I tried to do the fix on the Microsoft support center,
but keep getting a message of access denied or 'the
system cannot find the file or directory specified.'
