very small text

I have a pc with winxp and on the msn home page the text has become very
small how can i correct problem ?

Hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel. One direction makes the
text larger, the other smaller.

This is a Windows standard, and works in many (nut not all) applications.
 
Click on the "View" menu of Internet Explorer, then click on "Text Size".
There are options to resize the text there.
