Please help if you can, I run winxp pro, and for about 2
weeks now it has been running very slow, taking
20/25sec's to load a window or even longer to start a
programme, its becoming a real pain in the BUT! I've
checked the Memory its only working at about 8%, can't
see what could be dragging it down? I have plenty of hard
disc space approx' 60GB out of 75GB, I did Defrag about
the time it started playing up??? or the only other
pointer is the screen saver this seems to be acting up?
Anyone out there who can solve my problem will be a
friend for life
