Very annoying: IE7's toolbars are all missing

Greetings. I had installed the most recent version of IE7 Beta. All the
sudden, I lost all of the toolbars. Thus I uninstalled the old, beta version
and installed the most recent version.

But all toolbars are still missing. The only thing I get when I launch it
is the home page. Nothing else. The menu bar, status bar, links bar,
address bar (and the google bar) are all missing.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times to no avail. Please
provide hints. Thanks!

Type ALT V

and enable whatever you want.
