How do I center a Title in the center of my page? Or Where is the vertical
centering command?

Vertical centering is for sections, not single pages, so you'll need to
insert a section break. On the Layout tab of Page Setup, the vertical
alignment can be set to center. But you may not want to do this, as
mathematical centering is not the same as optical centering, and a title
that is vertically centered will appear to be too low. It is usually more
satisfactory to do this "by eye," adding Space Before to the title to get it
where you want it. In addition, vertical centering will center all the text
on the page, not the title alone.

Thank you both for responding
I am using word 2007
And I will use section break or manually center. It is the title page I am
getting ready for my web site. I assume that if I save as a web page it
will be an htm file.

Ah, if it's for a Web site, then all bets are off; you can't have sections
in an HTML file, I don't think, and there's no practical way to have the
title vertically centered on the screen, given the variations in screen size
and resolution.
