changing case

In previous versions of word if I left my caps key on and type a line it was
easy to change to lower case or even change to title case. How do you do
that in Word 21007 home and student edition

Select text and Shift+F3 still works. The change case control in the Font
Group on the Home Tab.

Title Case isn't in the Shift-F3 sequence, but it's in the dropdown in
the Change Case button in the Font group on the Home tab (called
Capitalize Each Word).

Title case may be in the rotation depending on the case of the selection.
Different options are offered depending on what you are starting with.
