Version 4 Macro

I am trying unsuccessfully to open an Invoice template using Outlook. What I
am exactly doing is going to the Toolbar and clicking on "Open New Office
Document" and when I then click on the Invoice icon I get a message from
Microsoft Excel which says,
This work book contains a type of macro (Microsoft Excel version 4 macro)
that cannot be disabled or signed. Therefore, this workbook cannot be opened
under High Security Level.
I have gone into help but am none the wiser as it seems to suggest to me
that only VBA and not XLM macros can be disabled.
Any education in this matter would be very gratefully received,

Lower your Excel securitiy level? You might want to ask on an Excel forum,
too.
