When we are trying to create an invoice in Excel we get the following error:
This workbook contains a type of macro (Microsoft Excel version 4.0 macro)
that cannot be disable nor signed. Therefore, this workbook cannot be opened
under High Security Level.

Amcbeth shared this with us in microsoft.public.excel.misc:

Lower your Security Level (Extra --> Macro --> Security or something
like that)
or remove the XL4 macro if you don't need it.
or rewrite the XL4 macro in VBA.
