Excell 2000 - Cannot open Invoice spreadsheet

Whenever I try to open invoices that I created last year,
and earlier this year, I now get an error message that
states:

"This Workbook contains a type of macro(Microsoft version
4.0 macro)that cannot be disabled nor signed. Therefore,
this workbook cannot be opened under High Security Level."

I also get this message if I try to open any "Spreadsheet
Solution" under File-New.

Any ideas?

Try opening excel and changing your security level:

Tools|Macro|Security level Tab

Choose Medium to be prompted when excel encounters a macro.
Choose Low if you don't want to be prompted. Be very careful if you choose this
option.
