Version 4.7 installed but it doesn't work

First I don't want to open the messenger when I open my
PC.
Second I have the messenger V 4.7 but it doesn't work
Can you help me?

Greetings AleMor,

When you do get it working, open it up, click the Tools menu, then Options, then Preferences
tab, uncheck "Run this program when Windows starts" and click OK.

However, when you say it doesn't work, do you mean just can't sign in, or it's not coming up
at all?
