Verizon POP/SMTP

Anyone know Verizon POP/SMTP? I had been helping a co-worker and now she
said it won't send, so I am thinking I have something in there wrong.
Another person went to help and moved all her outlook to outlook express and
she doesn't like it
 
Check the Verizon website, it will have all the information you require.
