Verify Signatures

How do I use and verify the MS digital signature when I
receive a message from MS. I copied the PGP key to a
folder because it did not ask me where I wanted it
downloaded. So now what do I do with it and how do I use
it?

Install the PGP freeware (non-commercial use) from:

Once PGP is installed you can create your own set of PGP private & public keys and then import the Microsoft PGP public key. Verify the imported Microsoft PGP public key's fingerprint with the one listed on:

"Microsoft Security Notification Service"
