In response to L Samuels- I didnt intentionally run anything.I don't even
know how(I might be posting this in the wrong venue) But I did see this in
the McAfee log and it concerned me. Any help on getting rid of it would be
appreciated

Hi Jeff,
It probably came in as an email attachment.
McAfee did it's job protecting you and quarantined the file.
To get rid of it completely you will need to have McAfee delete quarantined
files.
