When I try to click any button to open any form or try to open the module,
it always give me the following error and then close the mdb:

"Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."

I click for more information as following:

"Error signature

AppName: msaccess.exe AppVer: 8.0.0.3512 ModName: vba332.dll
ModVer: 3.0.0.7019 Offset: 000b6ff

This is urgent. Please help. Many thanks.

Just guessing.

First thing I'd do would be to make a copy of the db.
Second thing I'd try would be to do a Repair, then Compact.

If this doesn't fix the problem:
- Create a blank new database and make sure you can create, save,
re-open a form.
Provided this works, import everything from the other database, if need
be, one item at a time till the corrupt item has been identified.

Andreas

I tried to compact and repair. The same.

And I tried to open the vba code but then it gives me the error.

Thanks.

Based on my experience, it's unlikely that you will be able import the
objects into a new database, but it can't hurt to try. If you don't have a
back up of the database, and the file is not on a network from which backups
are created, you may want to do a Google search for recovery products. I have
seen programs that are intended to enable you to recover a corrupted
database, but haven't tried one. The programs appear to cost ~200-300 USD. If
you find something that works, I'd like to know about it.

Good Luck,

Marvin
