Problem Making MDE

I am having a problem creating an MDE file.
The error info is reported as:
AppName: msaccess.exe AppVer: 8.0.0.5903 ModName: vba332.dll
ModVer: 3.0.0.7019 Offset: 0002ac93

I have compiled and saved all modules okay.

I am doing this on an XP Pro PC with Office 2000 (Excel and Word only)
installed and Access 97 installed seperately.

Any help appreciated.

I have found the decompile workaround which has done the trick.
Not elegant, but functional!
