I backup spreadsheets on to a jump drive to take home. Only when I try to
open the files it says it is not a vallid win 32 file. I am doing this in
msworks. At home I have windows XP and at work I have windows 98.

Do you have the same spreadsheet program installed
on both computers? If you don't have it installed on
your home computer, you'll be unable to open the file.
