Validations

I am trying to create a validation list by using a group
of cells from a different worksheet. When I go to select
that group of cells, it does not allow me to toggle over
to that worksheet. No protection is on the document.

Please advise!

Go to the worksheet with the list data. Highlight the data, then hit
Ctrl + F3, then name this range something (like "data" without the
quotes).

Now in Data Validation, in the Source box, type in the following:

=data

Substitute data for whatever your range name is. Then click OK.
