Validate users in the workgroup

Good morning

I have one windows xp home edition, each time i want to access to a share in
windows 2000 He ask me the user and pass.

My question is there is any other script or batch that could be place on
startup, for system make validation, with out user intervention?

Make sure that your WinXP user account/password is
also defined on your Win2000 PC. If it is not then you
are treated as a stranger who must be challenged.
