vaio doesnt load restore apps,!

cd rom works ,but my vaio wont restore applications,namely the dvdit
dvd player
and veritse cd burner.Other programs are missing too.
I can open the restore cd ,but run,install,setup commands wont give me
a option to reinstall my software.
Any help will be great!
