Vacation Request Form

Am presently trying to run Sue's Vacation Request Mark III Form, and a
having no luck. I have published the form on one of my privat
folders. It does not give me any calendar items, or post to th
"Vacations" public folder, (although I have Author permissions to tha
folder)on approval by my manager.

Any thoughts

Since it's a message form, you must publish it to the Personal Forms or
Organizational Forms library. It won't work if you publish it to a folder.
Make sure you don't check the "send form definition with item" box.

Thanks for the reply, Sue.
Unfortunately, I am still not seeing a consistant successful approach.
What I am seeing now, is that the recipient of the request (manager) i
having all the code and "special effects" (Accept/Refuse buttons
stripped out.

We are both using Outlook 2002 SP2, Exchange Server 2000. I hav
published the Vacation Request Mark III form to my personal forms, an
have cleared my cache. I have deleted all personal forms and cleare
the cache of the (manager) client.

Again, any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Both sender and recipient need access to the published form definition. This
means that you publish it either to the Organizational Forms library or to
each person's Personal Forms library.
