Vacation Request Form III

Presently trying to get the above form to run on Outlook 2002. O
occasional occurance, attached code is stripped out of request, so tha
manager does not get approval/disproval buttons, or access to Vacation
folder. On "design this form", there is no code to read.

Any ideas

Where did you publish the form? Did you leave the "send form definition with
it3em" box unchecked?

The form is posted in the personal forms folder on both the employee an
manager. Yes, the "form definition" tickbox is unchecked. :confused

And the issue is? The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not
quote earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.

Sorry, Sue, I have been away (reading your book) ;) .

While both the manager and the employee have the form installed i
their personal forms folder(s), and both are running Outlook XP (2002)
occasionally the managers email has all the code and options strippe
out of it (does not get the approve/disprove buttons). I also se
that, again occasionally, when the manager selects the "vacations
page, the manager gets a distorted view of their own inbox.

Any ideas? :confused

This sounds like possible forms cache corruption. Clearing the cache may fix
it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then
click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
