Hello,

Here is the scenario. I have 5 computers networked
together using coax thin net. I am planning to use one PC
that is running XP as the host which has a dialup
connection and enable on demand dialing to allow the other
4 PCs to connect to the internet.

My questions are:

Will ICS work on a coax thin net network?
What protocols should I have enabled?
Is there any know "snags" or "bumps" I could run in to if
this does work

Thanks for any help,

CK

It will work just fine, so long as you have XP drivers
for the old 10 Base 2 coax LAN card.

Use only TCP/IP on all machines, unless there's a pressing reason not to.
