Using WinXPE for OS deployment

Does anyone have an embedded template for OS deployment?
I need to winxpe RAM image that can do the following:

1. Boot the client computer
2. Load the correct network driver for the client. Note, it must be
able to detect which network adapter is on the given client PC.
3. Load the TCP/IP stack
4. Partition and format the local hard drive
5. Map a shared folder on the server. This folder will contain the OS
source file for 2K and XP.
6. Run WINNT.EXE to initiate OS installation.

All this should be done from the command line shell. I don't need the
GUI overhead.

Windows PE offers such functionality. Now, I'd like to replicate this
in the embedded space. PXE network booting would also be a nice
bonus.

Thanks

I like to see when people know what they need to-do to accomplish complete
task.
Probably you'll need to do this yourself from the scratch.

But you have probably missed one legal problem in your design.

All your client computers must be fitted with COA stickers, otherwise it
would be illegal to run XPe on them.

We are worried if we can have two images one on CD and one that will be
deployed on HDD. It should be obvious since only one image is running that
this can be done legally, but legal stuff are mysterious to me (they are
good reading when you have insomnia).
