On which OS should I install the Remote Boot Service?

For Windows XP Embedded, on which OS should I install the "Remote Boot Service". I read in a few places that RBS can be installed on Windows XP Professional to make a diskless client device boot up. But other threads have suggested that RBS should only be installed on Microsoft Server OS's like Wind 2003 server etc, and not on MS Client OS's like XP Home, XP Prof etc.

Please clear my confusion!
