Using Windows Mail with a Mobile device

Hi,

I use windows mail with my gmail account but I also use my phone to download
mail.

When my phone downloads the message it laves the message on my gmail inbox
and is still marked as unread however, Windows mail does not download it,.

How do I gt it to download on my phone AND windows mail.

You need to do the following on your Smartphone & in WM.

Change the account name to be preceded by recent:your gmail.address.

That is recent colon.

Set WM to leave a copy on the server, advanced tab of your gmail account.
