Using Tables

You know how when you use frame to speicfy were the page
go and nothing else keeps on uploading. I want to do that
using tables. How do you do that? I really need to now
how for a class project.

Not possible with tables, you have to use a frameset or an IFrame inserted into a table cell.

Frames and tables are like apples and oranges. Can you be a little more specific on what you're
trying to do.?

Also I don't understand what you mean by "nothing else keeps on uploading"
