Tables and Frames

I am making a website using FP and have made the opening page using frames.
As I'm learning as I go I now find that if the page is opened in a small
browser window the text goes all over the place! Also on a widescreen its all
to the left. I think I need to do a table to stop this but how can I set up a
table on a frames page or can I import the frames page into a table?

Open the pages (not the Frameset page) and add tables and cells set to a
fixed number of pixels wide. You can also open the frameset page and set
the widths of the frames.

On a side note, if you can do your site without frames that would be better.
It's easier to control the layout
