inserting "includes"

I am working with a FP template which contains frames. I want to make a menu
as an "incude" so when I update it, it updates globally on all pages. I have
tried doing this as making the menu an "include" page, and inserting it in
teh frame, but it always pushes the frame out to an enormous width. How do I
include a small table (which I used to make my menu) in a frame and maintain
the frame width?

If you are working with frames, then you wouldn't need to use an include, since the page that loads
in the frame is the one you would update.

Thank You. I was not aware I could simply insert a page into a frame from my
web folder without it being an "include". I tried doing that and it worked
