Multiple frames appearing

I've taken over a company's website that makes extensive use of frames
(apparently built from frames templates--Banner and Contents. Three frames
total--a header and side menu and main page.

Here's the problem. When I link from the index page to a one of these pages,
the header and side menu frames are duplicated on the HTML page (side-by-side
or stacked on top of each other). Any advice? Thanx!

Sounds like your targeting on the hyperlinks might be incorrect. Check those
