using send to uses wrong account

I have 1 email account on my pc ,when i try to use the send to option it
sends the email from a person that left 6mths ago but if i use outlook tosend
rather than send to it uses my email address. I have removed the previous
person from the pc & also deleted their email account
can anybody tell me how to get rid of them from the send to option

For what kind of Outlook configuration?

You should always state your Outlook version and mail server type since
solutions being offered or referenced are not always universal.

Your problem may be that you do not have Outlook set as the default e-mail app
and the "Send To" is calling Outlook Express (which is still configured for the
previous user).

If this is not the case, please provide more detailed info.

not outlook express

For what kind of Outlook configuration?

But is it actually loading Outlook or Outlook Express? Account information
ahs to come from somewhere. Start Outlook Express and see if the account
from the previous user is still configured there.
