Using scanned business card in signature causes ActiveX error.

We have a user that has placed a scanned copy of her business card in her
outlook signature. When she tries to create a new message the MS explorer
error Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on
this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly. When OK is
clicked, the signature appears with the blank business card box with an x in
upper left corner. What would cause this? She has used a business card in
the signature for a long time.

The signature was created in outlook via the tools offered in outlook. The
signature had worked for several months. Wondering what would cause to not
work now?

The signature was created in outlook using tools offered in outlook. The
point being that it had been used for several months without a problem.

Looked at users signature setup and confirmed that was in HTML format but
noticed a difference from others was that "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to
edit email messages" was unchecked. We checked this box and tried and it
worked as it had for the past several months. Thanks for your help.
