Inserting Business Card in Customized Signature Page

I am running Office 2003 on Windows XP Professional. I want to create a
customized signature for my outgoing emails. I have scanned my business card
to a .jpg file.

How can I create a cusomized signature for my outgoing emails that includes
the scanned business card at the lower right hand position on the outgoing
email?
