using save as from outlook attachment file saved in folder OLK

when i open an outlook attachment (either word or excel) and do 'save-as',
the default location is in temporary internet files, a folder that starts w/
OLK. i can only find this folder using a search, i cannot drill down to it
using explorer. is there any way to either make this folder display, or
change this default location? it is the default location only when doing a
'save-as' from w/in outlook. this is not the default location i have
specified in preferences for either excel or word. thx!
