Using Riva Encoder with Vista

I was able to use Riva Encoder with Windows XP but am having a problem using
it with Vista. If you use Riva Encoder with Vista, can you please offer a
suggestion on what I might try to get it to work. Thanks.

Did you check with the software producer to see if a Vista version is
available?
