Media Encoder 9

Anyone here used Vista Beta 2 and Microsoft Media Encoder 9 with Internet
Explorer 7? Under Windows XP I can access live video from a web page using
Media Encoder 9 for broadcasting and everything works fine. I can't get it
to work using Vista. I have opened the firewall and checked other security
options with no luck. Encoder appears to be encoding but the streaming feed
can't be seen with the browser. Since both the OS and browser are beta, it
could be anything including something stupid I have done. Anyone have any
ideas?

Hmm... it does work fine here. If you can try the same setup using a Windows
XP machine with IE6, then again with XP and IE7 (using the public beta),
then maybe you can narrow it down to either the operating system or the
browser.

Thanks for the recommendation. I installed IE7 on my XP machine and it works
fine. What ever the problem must be with the OS. I will continue to explore
the issue.
