Does Windows media encoder 9 work with Vista?

Or will this create problems?

If so, what other program can I use to covert and screencapture video
like encoder 9 does?

It does work then again it doesnt. I have tried for the last 4 days trying to
find it to work with Camtasia 4.0.1 It will help render your file but wont
let you create a profile so your stuck with defaults. No sense in using the
program if you cant make a profile with your own settings for a great movie.
Id rather not use it then look like someone who doesnt know what they are
doing.
