using restore cd

i have used my restore cds before, but now it will not
let me. it automatically goes to the windows. any ideas?
please help
 
You will need to be more clear in your question before we can help.
 
I'm guessing here but I would suspect that you need to go into your bios and
change the boot order so that your pc can boot from cd before booting from
the hard disk.
