using remote desktop through the mmc

Im unable to use the remote desktops throught the mmc. I get this message when trying to connect to a remote server
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.
 
Did you try connecting to remote server through Remote Desktop Connection
Client (mstsc.exe) or is the problem only with MMC?
