Using Public Folders Offline

I would can set my public folders to work offline but need to confirm if when
I reconnect to the network they will automatically synchronise?

That's going to depend on your Outlook version and configuration, which you didn't mention.

I am using Outlook 2003, Exchnager Server 2003 and SP2. Hope this is enough

Go into Tools | E-mail Accounts and bring up the detailed settings for your Exchange account. We need to know if you're using Cached Exchange mode.
